Basic booster is not giving the guaranteed 1 xp card per booster according to the 30% promotion news. Just realized it now after having bought at 30 packs.

When you login and the News screen pops up it says:
Weekend Promotion
-30% on all products in store. 1 XP card offered in each booster.
I just noticed others complaining about trophies not being discounted so that is in error as well since it states "all products". It appears this is not the intent and the News (at least for English) needs to be corrected.

I bought a Noz Booster and Basic Booster and did not get an XP Card in either, when it does say that I would right there on the whatever that is. It's not really news, but more so an announcement? It still does say "1 XP card offered in each booster" which would mean there would be one in every booster, not a likelyhood of there being one.
If an XP card isn't supplied with every booster, then the wording is bad and that line really shouldn't be there. There's normally a 10% chance for an XP card in every booster except the Basic Booster, unless I'm mistaken. If that is not changed with the 30% off then I want my Feez back for that Basic Booster. I wasn't even going to buy it if there wasn't at least a chance for an XP card.
Also, as Eurohippy mentions it says 30% off all products. For me, the booster packs are the only things with that discount, so that is a false statement.

Yes change the advertisement in-game.
First time i saw the discount and exp card, i buy 4 pack suddenly and find nothing.:(

I had thee exact same problem, and the experience cards were the only reason I bought the feez to do this, I am quite dissapointed, I'm going to check the text on the french version
EDIT: the french text is
-30% sur tous les Boosters jusqu'au lundi 11 juin 2012 à 10h (heure de Paris)!
which translates to
-30% on all Boosters to Monday 11 June 2012 to 10 p.m. (Paris time)!
which is different than the english game text of
-30% on all products in the store. 1 XP card offered in each booster.

actually there was no xp card in any of the booster packs i bought at all.
atleast i didn't get any.

I am very upset at this. The writers of the English text either lied or thought something was going to be there that wasn't. Either case, I would like a refund for that Basic Booster. They can even have the cards back, I don't care. The Basic Booster wasn't worth it without an XP card.
I also just checked it out. The Spanish version of the site says "1 carta XP de regalo en cada booster" which translates to "1 gift XP card in EVERY booster" which further shows that someone thought that all boosters would have XP cards. Also, the Spanish version says 30% off all products purchased with Feez, just like the English one does.

its not a translation error, feerik gave the wrong texts to their translators. other languages had that mistake bout "all products" n "an additional xp-card" too.
i dont know if u guys will have any pay back, weekend no staff to catch up with.
sure feerik will not do this by theirselves so:
plz write tickets to the support, n ask for ya money or the promised goods

Hi there,
Sorry for the long silence. Week end was... eeer.... was.
There was an information issue on our side. Information that made the "and 1 xp card" appear from nowhere on some of the non french promotion text. As you may have understood, there aren't supposed to be any guaranted xp card in these booster. But since the screw up is on us, we'll give everyone who bought a booster with the false text an xp card for each booster bought. The situation should be corrected in the morning (afternoon at most).
Sorry for the trouble.

Aye, we're such good economics that we would sacrifice anything, even our own image, for 3 euros and 50 cents ;p
