does using two narwhal means two attack??
i used two narwhal on foam giant,,,so he supposed to attack twice, doesn't he??the first narwhal i used on out of combat charachter(it does attack)the second one on the combat character(it doesn't attack)
but it works when i use sarah = narwhal+sham powder = attack twice
can somebody explain to me how narwhal works??
Hors ligne
when you equip the second narwhal you'll get two attacks but since narwhal is a two handed powder weapon you can only have one equipped so the first one gets discarded and you'll only get one attack again

well, narwhal only deals an attack outside the battle, so you wont attack the opossing characters. Unless you use conquer or perish. It will allow you to attack the opossing character and then a character out of battle. If your character has a narwhal equiped already, you can use another narwhal to attack 2 times a character out of battle or just the opossing character once
Edit: Bad english... sorry

wow thanks guys!!
so two narwhal in the same turn = only 1 time attack
but when charachter is already equiped with narwhal then i use narwhal again = attack 2 times
am i right??
can i attack one out of combat character + character on combat, or it has to be two out of combat characters?

well to specify, when you play narwhal it asks you to chose a charcater, so if you choose the one in combat your character will attack as always... after the cards are played. If you choose a character out of combat it will attack him inmediatly but will lose his normal attack. Now if your charcater lets you chain item, so that you can play 2 narwhal i suppose this will happen: First narwhal let you choose a character out of combat, second narwhal discards the first one and the same effect happens. With this you can attack 2 opposing characters out of battle or one character out of battle twice. The moment you choose to attack a character out of combat your normal attack is lost. Remeber that narwhal attack considers you Min. Attack score.
Edit:
When playing pirate marauders, is common that you use/find this combo: Conquer or perish + Narwhal. The first card will allow you to attack the opposing character, eliminating the disadvantage from narwhal and giving you attack and defense +1 (That if your opponent plays and action). And then with narwhal you attack and oppposing character out of battle. In another turn if your character still have the narwhal then you can make 3 attacks the same turn.

Best combos are (arguably):
A - If you expect opponent to use action or need attac/defense bonuses - Have Narwhal & Distracted on your character and play Conquer or Perish -> Narwhal
Result if opponent played an action after your CoP:
- Min Attack vs out of combat opposing character with the 1st Narwhal
- Get CoP bonuses
- Attack vs opposing character due to CoP
- 1st Narwhal is removed by 2nd Narwhal
- Min Attack vs out of combat opposing character with the 2nd Narwhal
You can actually kill all 3 opposing characters with the above if you line things up well.
B - If you expect opponent NOT to use action, Infernal Cricket -> Narwhal or Smoke Bomb -> Narwhal
