Problem : the frame is linked to the card rarity. So we have to change this before making any plans. That's in the project, but as many of other "minor" changes, we have more urgent stuff to deal with. But I keep your suggestion at reach, so I can present it when the time has come.
Wich urgent stuff? OP cards? Million of feez events? Or bugs?
Well bugs is okay, but somethings,as i already said, like adventure mode, can wait.

We are a small team, and we still have so many things to do. I'm sorry to tell you that purely cosmetic features that require code to be made aren't very high on our priority list. Even if we would really have it : the frame change was something that was discuss a few months ago when we were talking about the foil revamp (a french player suggestion : http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/839/beaut.png/). The devs loved it, but we don't have time to deal with it for now.
