Each guild, Mercenaries included, would have one (or more) unlockable card frames you could choose to display (opponent would see it as well) in deck builder and during games.
Think of it like Snowy, Pokeredan or Cupid card frame, except instead it's Guild-themed.
To unlock these card frames you would need to do a series of trophies using a deck of that Guild:
- Gain X ELO with that Guild (Example: Play enough games until you earn a total of X ELO with that Guild alone)
- Reach Y ElO with that Guild (Example: Just need to finish a game where you end up with at least Y ELO)

Courtesans would have their own card frame.

Other Castes could also have their own card frames:
- Kotoba - Crow = Black feathers
- Kotoba - Trackers = the red ribbon they all use and/or ninja scrolls/kunai/etc
- Kotoba - Demon Hunters = candles/incense/that kind of stuff
- Kotoba - Tsoutai = Purple flawseeker energy patterns
- Sap Heart - World-tree = Tree branches
- Pirates - Mechanist = Mechanic Gears
- Desert Nomads - Eclipse = Outline of a Solar Eclipse
- Desert Nomads - Temple Guardians = temple pillar & sand
- Zil Warriors - The Pack = Wolf Fur
- Noz'Dingard - Dragon Knights = Dragon scales?
- Noz'Dingard - WitchBlades = Blue female underwear or blade with magic hue
- Noz'Dingard - Compendium = Book page style
- Mercenaries - Avalonians - green metal / lion crest
To unlock Caste-specific frames, there would be Caste-specific trophies.

Classes represented by a Guild could also have a guild+class frame dedicated to them, for wich you'd need to play with a Deck with at least 2 characters from that Guild+Class.

How would we choose what to display?
- It would be Character-In-Deck-specific (or at least Deck Specific)
- You would choose what to display in the Deck Creator.
- For each character in the Deck (or at least for each Deck), you would have a toggle for Caste, Class and Guild frames.
- The priority would be Caste > Class > Guild.

This should be a reward for all the dedicated, not just for the richest:
- The minimum ELO should not be too hard, something like 1750
- The total ELO earned with a specific Guild/Caste, however, should be one of the true challenges, requiring a good deal of time invested into ELO matches.

Great idea! But i well... Feerik dont gonna do it, they want to make more cards for we spend more feez money capitalism... Really feerik, why u guys are so petty like this...I bet that we, the people, would love to see advances on things like this, I personally dont care about 20 OP cards update, when u guys can do small changes, that make the game a lot of times greater, like this... I know that feerik is a serious company, and there's spending, and stuff, but At least me too, dont care about 1 week without updates, the week of adventure mode for exemple, why u guys make a Adventure that only last 1 week, seriously, there's event for what? So much work and time throwed away, that could be turned on good things, and more profit to you guys too!!!

Oh yea, and a P.S.: That adventure mode energy to buy, was a fail, no one buy that shit, and never gonna buy it, if you guys think that you guys would gain money on that, you guys are serously wrong, ADVENTURE MODE = NO PROFIT!!!

I'm sorry, but your comfort zone is very low, who dont remember these old times of eredan? Some things were bad, but other ones were way better... Feerik was not so crazy about money as it is today, everything went crap after the adventure mode get launch, free cards, but at what price?

I like the idea a lot. I play Magic, and I love getting my cards altered and such, basically anything to make it look cooler or different from what it was.

The thing is, I don't think Feerik would go through all the 'work' of making a new card frame unless they were going to make some money out of it. They might make them for an event like the Valentines event or the Pokeredan event. Something where we'd have to spend money eventually on it. Sadly.

Giving players something to pursuit through ELO competition in itself makes money by encouraging the purchase of boosters to become stronger, and overall increasing the activity of players.

Paying players who like competition will have alot more victims to fight against
Free players will have more reasons to compete, with or without paying.
Less likely for you to keep facing the same opponents all the time in ELO.

Plus, we're not talking about character art.
It's just card frames...

The Ice Elf card frame is super cool (literally).
How hard was it to create? I doubt it took too long.
Other frames would probably be alot easier than that.

I'd totally love a crow caste frame <3.

Well, the poblem about feerik dont do this, is just like i said, they gonna loose a lot of time(well they already loose a lot of time whit adventure mode...)But well, they need to do 1 kind of frame to all the guilds, and then, they need to configure all the cards to envolve to a Diferent kind of card, that got this frame, there's about 300 characters cards... If they configure 50 card per day they could do it fast, but they prefer do shitty chanpains...

EDIT: This is just like the idea of making some Field Cards, cards that change the field (just like on yu-gi-oh), feerik liked the idea, but they'r too lazy to do it.

Problem : the frame is linked to the card rarity. So we have to change this before making any plans. That's in the project, but as many of other "minor" changes, we have more urgent stuff to deal with. But I keep your suggestion at reach, so I can present it when the time has come.

So Pirate Mages could have different frame from Pirate Marauders, etc.

I think now we're going overboard with this. How many different frames can you expect them to make? At this point why not say 'Lets make a different frame for every card.'

Not every card, but once you are into the Kotoba Theme, classes within Kotoba would be minor variations of the same frame.

Assuming Kotoba was a particular, mostly red frame with the style of most kotoba armor, you could then assume a Kotoba Marauder frame would be quite similar.
Kotoba Marauder frame would probably be some extra over Kotoba frame.
Crow caste frame would probably be mostly black feathers over the Kotoba frame, and override class frames.

The options of what to display would be deck-specific and consist of a simple Toggle for each type of frame (Guild, Class, Caste)

The priority would always be Caste > Class > Guild.
