Pirate Mages are weak.
It's a theme that requires preparation, wich is aggravated by their poor defense - often ending up with dead characters before you can start doing proper damage.
They need some defense that doesn't suddenly occupy most of their deck, nor reduces their already unimpressive damage potential.
Clarifications:
- Sky Orb activates twice if your character plays two Air/Lightning spell.
- Sky Orb only activates from spells cast by the character to wich it is attached.
- Defense bonus only lasts until the end of the Turn.
- Only 1 Sky Orb per character.

This would also work for "side" strategies that involve Gemineye and Ardranis, or, Mylad, Lightning-Beak & Captain Al'Kilicrew (-spirit version), etc.

Nice! A good card that can be use by any mage or guemelite.

I liked the card. All guilds are lacking defence cards, since most Sap decks can one hit anything..
