Akutsai level 4?
Is there a reason why I can't level up my Akutsai from level 3 to level 4. I have win using magic leveled up all the way and Akutsai level 3 leveled up all the way. Furthermore, I can just buy Akutsai 4 at the store, but would prefer just to combine my two cards...since I have all leveled up.

You only need to have the card in your collection. It will not be "consumed".
Apostle of Destiny or Watchmaker of Destiny must be Level 3.
Once they reach lv3, they become untradeable.
So if you want to get it from Marketplace, you must get it at Lv1 or Lv2 and evolve it to Lv3.
There are more cards that require either Apostle or Watchmaker Lv3:
Zahal, Akutsai and Tsuro are just a few among many.
