Well that is what they do best, high burst damage and wide of choice of direct damage.

If you wanna deal with em, either run Nomads Immortal with [card]Solaris[/card] + [card]Obesity[/card] combo or Nehants corruption with [card]Demon May Rise[/card] + [card]Demonic portal[/card] so they got taste of their own medicine.

Many cards easily counter attack buffing, it won't be hard to make such deck

I don't knew what kind of deck you use.but against zil i prefer to low  there damage in first 3 rounds. scroll of frailty + item (zarezan eye is the best option). Boozar can be very useful. scroll + self-confident

Kotoba - High Defense
Noz - Caste Cards
Pirate Marauders - [card]Escaping Death[/card]
Desert Nomads Marauders/Warriors/Crafters - [card]Dazzle[/card]
Nehantists Nehant Guemelites/Mages - [card]Demonic Portal[/card]
Nehantists Demon - Multiple debuff cards
Sap Hearts - Caste cards ([card]Wood Protection[/card], etc), [card]Scouting the Area[/card](lv2), etc

Priests - Mercy, something Rampart
Mages - Illusory Reflection, etc

It depends on your deck, but alot of players focus so much on glass cannons that the best one wins...

Usually Defensive > Glass Cannon > Balanced > Defensive, unless you have specific counters.

So tired of Glass Cannon speed decks...

Kotoba Tracker - A Close Shave (most zil use daggers)
Kotoba Warriors - Xin and Asajiro(warrior buff)
Sap Hearts - Elfine, Quick Attack and/or Butterfly Collar with a Beast will outdamage
Pirate Mages - Flash for Ward, Dance of the Thunder Snakes
Tempus Merc - Area Control, Time Leap
I Hate Brawlers

Many Trophies like:
The Seal
Tempus Fugit
The Monster
Council Mission
The Last Hope (If I'm going down...)
