I forgot what its like...

...to actually evo something rather than waiting around til I can afford a max version. Made the game a lil more enjoyable and def put me into more activity.

Funny how you forget the basics eh!

I always level up my own characters.  It's cheaper for me, since I don't have a ton of crystals.  Plus it just gives me something to do.

Same here Mlordi

makes you appreciate the end content better too. You understand why a deck works with one thing and not another. Levelling tsoutsai for example, I knew that the flawseekers were'nt awesome right away, but they gained potency and I say how they intertwined as my characters abilities unlocked.

If there were no luck in TCG, how boring would that be?

Exactly.  It also gives you a better feel for the deck.  In a way, training is just like playtesting.  That's where I figured out Conquer or Perish with a Narwhal could hit twice.  It also makes you feel a little accomplished when you get someone to level 3, or higher (I felt great combining Silene and Selene to get Shadow from 0 Exp.)

My only problem is I can't level them further, because of the whole Watchmaker/Apostle thing.  They still soul-bound once they hit level 3, right?

Watchmaker and Apostle become untradeable at max level.

The cards that require them to evolve further do not.

Might as well level up Shadow and Abomination to the level before you need them, sell them, then buy the fully leveled one.  Thank God you don't need Watchmaker and Apostle to level anything new up.  They should just get rid of the requirement, or make them sellable, that way I don't waste money on them so they're dead cards in my collection.

Re : I forgot what its like...

not sure you realized.

I just said that the cards that need Apostle/Watchmaker to reach max level do NOT become untradeable at max level.

You CAN trade abomination/shadow max level (thats why u can buy them...)

I realize this, I was talking about Watchmaker and Apostle themselves......
