is perversion suppose to be negate crystal storm?

Perversion reduces all magical damage, so yes.

Also it negated storm, which is supposed to be direct damage

Wrong.
[card]Crystal Storm[/card]
It deals X Magic Damage Equal to Opposing Character's Spirit +2 -> wich means it is magic damage that Spirit does not reduce -> it's always 2 magic damage.
Perversion reduces its damage by 1.
2 Perversions negate it.
Dark Stone Heart negates it.
Dimizar currently is bugged and I believe is simply immune to magic, as if he had a Dark Stone Heart on him.
