You are not going to build a top elo deck with mercenaries but they can make some fun builds.
mercenaries. You could try fog hydra, Master mystic slayer and and mystic slayer shadow. used that in the past and was pretty good. if you have her (theya over mar mysic slayer).
and the warriors are decent to as you said.
Deirf geis + your fav. other warriors (kaes, bramamir, sargh, artaban or nalen + erein to name a few).
but remember that you can pair up mercenaries with other guilds to. Deirf geis is pretty good for doing that. I have played him with master ma and Asajiro before. All cards boosting stats makes a fun defensive deck. Mages will likely rape you thought.
You keep the disadvantage in not being able to use guild based cards, but they have some stand out characters with unique threads. Use your trophy cards with them it something they really need.
here is the warrior version.
I like the release. Aleshane is badass. curved shot is great. And falling branches is going to be funny with the high spirit mages and the AOE spells.
don't quote me if I'm wrong But I am pretty sure you will only get the rares of the same faction as the boss you are playing. (only Kotoba rares vs the kotoba boss, etc.) And then for just a few missions you can get rares of the clans that don't have there own adventure missions.

Its quite obvious that people who have a enjoyable experience playing the game leave, right? Just like people who annoyed by ovious elements that should be in the game will stay, right? right ?

I like your idea. Magic study and white witch really seem to made for eachother. I understand why you picked Alishk but honestly i also think he is to fragile to be worth using. Break the second chain could work out great.
And i'd get rid of the wild campings, just not very good IMO. =P
My idea for white wich would be to pair her up with ishaia and mekalchamist with ice barrier and health potion and possibly a pirate vaccine and a Quitessence to have the witch thank while shooting the powerfull attacks.

I like this combo! Will not be to easy to pull off but certainly very powerfull.
would you need the banner in there? or does sensoriality let you chain the AOE cards to ?
Are the cards in adventure mode translated right or am I just confused about the rulings? Demons getting stronger for every non Nehantist card, Melina doing damage far more than what should be mathed out.
Anyone think they should go back and fix them or am I just bad at understanding things?
Alot of the Adventure characters have hidden effects, that might be the cause of the confusion.
The banner, doesn't make it possible to play cards unplayable by your character.
But it does make AOE chainable.
A popular combo for noz mages has always been":
The lost word + Banner and then play the lightning bolts lvl 3 from your hand, to do massive damage across the board.
That combo is not possible without the banner.
And this deck it is to chain into spark things off if i don't draw attracts lightning.
But it certainly is not a must have for the deck.
That black witch, will be the new pain of eredan to play against If you'd ask me.
- A lot of the Blast decks can't even think about hurting her...
- She can play spells without restictions.
- She recylces her deck, making sure you can use the cards needed for that battle can be played again and again.
- Her atk. stats are pretty crazy for a mage to.
I never had any of the 'Big characters' the one that counts for 3. But I am close to getting her. Seems perfect of the Single player mode, and for some easy wins in the level room when bored.
So lets start thinking about a deck:

lol yeah did that to me to. easy 10/10 using theya, fog hydra, and mystic slayer shadow combined with a few distracted and it is time.
another easy boss. If you have trouble put dissidence and mutiny in your deck and he can´t do anything.
S.A.R.A.H deck works to. Any decent defensive deck really.

2-3x [card]It Is Time[/card] - Because it is a Fog Hydra deck. Pretty neat on Theya too.
3x [card]Good Omen[/card] - Do not underestimate this. Combined with Life Devourer, this is a life saver.
0-2x [card]Picknick[/card] - Utility card. Heal is neat, but it is truly useful because it taps your character, sometimes forcing a fight with Theya on even turn.
1x [card]Equinox[/card] - Seems very useful. Increases survivability of your characters and prevents defense loss.
1x [card]Moon Guardian[/card] - For obvious reasons.3x [card]Dagger of Sufferance[/card] - Instant 2 ATK + dual wield? Why not?
2x [card]Life Devourer[/card] - Theya can easily abuse the heal coming from them - on even turns you are ALWAYS dealing more damage than your enemy.
1x [card]Skyward Boots[/card] - Because it is a Fog Hydra deck.This deck looks like it could stand ground vs. most Mages and Warriors. Vs. Mages - well, Master-Mystic Slayer f*ks up Dragon's Breath (arguably the hardest hitting spell in this game) and RoD (which every mage deck will probably have a few of), Theya can ignore their damage completely on even turns, and Fog Hydra destroys their spirit. Less spirit = less damage. Vs. Warriors you have 2 ways of ignoring their defense - No Armor! and Fog Hydra's magic attack, while being decently survivable yourself.
