is there a way to log in to my eredan account if for example my facebook account got deleted or hacked? is there a way to open eredan without connecting to FB?

its gonna be a nightmare if that happens, the money and time spent wasted because of no other way to log in to eredan.

You can connect directly from the game :
http://itcg.eredan.com/us/?aw=bar
Just put your id and password in the correct box. (Don't use the big blue facebook button)

By the way, you have to define a password specifically for Eredan before to do that.

You can achieve that by setting one password in your options settings.

Where in options can you set a pass word?

click your name in the upper status bar... in the now opening window you will see the field 'options' ... click that..

there are 3 charts.. the first is 'my information'

the 3rd option from the top is password... on the right side of this field you will see a 'change' button

I tried that before but the problem is that you need to know your "old" password, which is impossible. Can you suggest another way of getting the "old" password? Or do we need to contact support?

If you never set a pasword, normally, you leave the old password blank.
If you already have done this and you lost your password, try the "lost your password ?" link in the bottom of the connect screen.

There is no password on mine in the area or anywhere
Under my information is nicknae
avatar gender birth country
godfather
clan and subscription and that it it?

in this special case you should send a message to the support... they will cut the link to FB and give you a new PW

actually i already asked an admin... just contact the support and ask for a seperation from FB account and you will receive a password
