Loaded my account to buy energy for the Stone King quest, but every time I type the code given to me by my gamecard (Level Up) it says that the code it not correct. I did everything, copy pasted the e-pin and even typed it but still it says that "Your code is not correct". And now every time I access the Bank, "Your code is not correct" always shows up though I haven't typed my code or done anything yet. Is there any problem? Please help me..

i would contact the staff in cases like this one... send them a ticket and let them refund you

the least they could do is give me 1 past time event card since i only loaded 100 level up credit
