NPC to sell

I don't know if someone already suggested this or not but I think it would be good to have a NPC where we can sell unwanted cards for a fixed price...

I have so many cards which only sells for 100 and if i sold it in the market, well no one will ever buy it, basically because they have it already or simply they don't want it... (cards like fight!, etc)

And also would be nice if I can sell all my lottery tickets from previous lotteries that I can't used anymore ^^

I hope they do make in-game NPC just to sell these cards, coz u cant sell it on the market since everyone has it already lol
