Okay, here is the thing...
I just bought 5 EUR Feez and I can play no problem for several hours...
After that my account is suddenly blocked and it said:
"Your Account was blocked due to payment problems. For further information, please contact chargebacks@travianpublishing.com and name your username and the game"
If I am being blocked, I wanted to be refunded for all the money I spent in this game and this happened not only to me but several friends of mine too..

Ow and one more thing, I have use this PayPal account for a long time and for other things too, never happened to me before...
And my friends they are also paying real money to get feez. Pls check it out...

Perhaps you should contact Travian support before contacting Feerik support.
They give you an email to contact, use it, you will have more information.

Just got an answer and it sounds kinda stupid to me...
They said, they couldn't find my Username in Eredan...
I played this since I don't remember and took so much time to invest on cards and money too to buy some boosters and trophies, just when it is beginning to look good they blocked it...
Hope they will un-block my account soon...
It pisses me off!

Since payment is held by TRAVIAN, many problems that occur in the game as well as payment ....
4 hours ago I did the payment, after that I get disconect and then i login back and i got message:
"Your account was blocked due to payment problems. For further information, please contact chargebacks@travianpublishing.com and name your userame and the game."
And then i sent email to chargebacks@travianpublishing.com and travian CAN't help me....
much money i spent for play this game... and my acount got Block... Damn!!!

I already send an email to them but only got that one reply (which is not helpful at all) and nothing up until now, going to wait till tomorrow before sending another mail to confirm again...
Ow, one other thing... I bought feez with my PayPal account before and didn't have any problem at all...

After an internal check, it appears Travian is not involved in this problem, sorry if you already contact them.
Players blocked this way today have been blocked by Feerik following paiement problem using paypal. (payment cancelled or others)
This can be solved but need to be individual, here is my email i will be available to discuss with everyone getting this problem and we will solve it together.

I feel that this problem is not gonna be solved.
Wrote couple of emails, no answer until now.
I am really really disappointed, so this is how they deal. I spend so much money on this game and this is what I'm getting in return.
How long should I wait?
