Tsuro and other questions

Hi! my old man tsuro is almost lvl 3, but when i see the upgrade screen for it, the next character update is with chains and a lock hmm, what does it mean? hmm
Oh, and i wanted to know how to get the katana card, is only aviable in the market place?

Katana i either available in Booster Packs or from players who got some in booster packs and are selling them in the marketplace. smile
