Just thinking of making one, crystals not really a problem, my huge lack of knowledge is though.

So the characters I was thinking of using is..

Zil the living shadow
Aberration
Abomination

When I saw Aberration I thought to myself, he is really weird for a zil card, chaining armor and huge defense. Is he the 3rd card I should be using? What about Abomination? He seems outclassed by Aberration but at the same time Aberration feels awkward for me.
Zil the living shadow just seems super strong on his turn bonus and can quite possibly 100 to 0 a card on his turn bonus, he also has high stats in general and if I understand his ability correct, he can copy Zil cards so realistically he plays 3 cards a turn?? If I'm wrong correct me and explain.

Also the last thing about my 3 choice of characters is how they don't sink with each other at all, before when I played a Zil deck contained Abomination, The shadow and Telendar and they worked together rather well, the deck I've put forward doesn't seem to do that.

As for the items and action cards I have no clue, this is my general problem with most decks I use because I just have no clue about 95% of the cards anymore. If you could suggest action/item cards that would help a lot.

Two builds possible:
the usual zil dagger deck using saphyra the zil and 3 marauders (no aberration!)
focusing on dealing direct damages, and having sky high attack.

basic cards are shadow agony, shadow tentacles, Stirring Up Hatred, illumination.
Then, depending on wether you add aberration, you can put more marauder cards. (master assassin/execution) or more chaining cards for him ([card]strentgh game[/card] if you have shadow or wild in your LU,[card] it is time[/card]...

remove aberration from the deck, and put zaphyra the zil. she has better synergy
with zil you can play 3 cards from the second fight

for the cards
2 telendar black blade
3 artrezil blade
3 master assasin
3 assasination
dissidence
time to die
28 zombies later

this is the bassic of the deck i dunno how complete it

withdraw assassination(1 max to counter dissidence...) and 28 zombie
add a few [card]hidden blades[/card] and [card]stirring up hatred[/card]
bring some more tooblox: [card]difference of opinion[/card], [card]paranoia[/card],[card]dark stone heart[/card].
[card]rub salt[/card] will fill any holes you still have (awesome cheap beatdown card...)

Though my dagger deck is nowhere near finished, I find dexterity game does a LOT of work.

With the marauder version I love using Telendar purely for his chain ability makes the deck flow so well.

ther is a lot zil marauder shadow in top elo
shadow of zil,the shadow or the spooker,and abberation+ bunch of shadow spells
you only need to use all of the shadow agony for the wins,lol
