So the deck is a beast-warrior deck. The Sachem is a mage, but transforms into a elfine beast-warrior upon the death of either beast and then gains +1 attack for each beast dead. I have alot of cards that are for the warrior class and buffing the characters up to hit hard. Pilferess is a must for me being that he is able to place a butterfly collar on either himself or the other characters at the start of each fight. The butterfly collars really make this deck shine,since all the characters will be able to have two attacks. With the addition of Agonda shells and Amber Spears, this ensures that they hit hard.

But, my problem is not when the beast die and The Sachem transforms, it is when he stays alive. I am having some trouble keeping him alive and really fitting in some good mage cards for him. The deck sadly depends on one of the beast to die for The Sachem to become unleashed, and that is what I wish to solve a bit by your help.

Also I said either The Claw or Bearcupine because I can go either heavy offensive with The Claw or tank with Bearcupine. All comments are welcome, I really wish to make this work. I like The Sachem alot, mainly because he is unpopular and I like using those cards and decks that are the underdogs. Thanks in advance!

Thanks cyanide. I had actually forgot about hibernation. But, those are still action cards. Do you know of any good spells for The Sachem to use while a mage, or do you think I should just focus on the action cards for when he transforms?

A few thoughts - I'd like to make a The Sachem deck as well.

1 - You don't want The Sachem to die first...
[card]The Warrior's Heritage[/card] is your answer:
- Guarantees your Beast dies before The Sachem, and relatively early too!
- Allows you to have a Hom'Chai in the deck, wich will further boost The Sachem once it dies.

2 - My rough Deck idea:

2x [card]The Warrior's Heritage[/card]

Ive played this sort of deck once apon a time ago for funzies. Looks better on paper. And with this day in age in meta and the op cards at hand. Its a big NOPE.

Yea metagame messes up some things but I still like it. I think we get to involved in those top elo decks that sometimes we dont stop to be original and make a fun deck because its not "competitive" or "elo." It is one of those uncommon decks and I like to use and see some fresh things besides the "usual" deck builds.

I don't see why this deck wouldn't be a good contender. It's fast, it hits stupid hard and it survives with Hibernation, or even Double Clay is you get them on The Sachem beforehand.

Then again, I'm a sucker for Saps. Love the deck though.

Im a sucker too lol dont feel bad, but I do like it regardless of its elo ranking or not, so far though in the training room I am not doing too bad. I dont have the hibernations or keizans choice those are the only cards im missing. So i substituted them with fallbacks and cohesions...its not bad for now.

keizans choice is a trophy. Not that hard to get, but at the moment you'd need to get crystals to buy it.

Oh good. I didn't know if you were a new player or not. But yeah. I think I actually wanna build this deck. Looks like mucho fun.

Actually kinda reminds me of the old [card]Wreckwood[/card] deck that revolved around healing him and having him rampage over everything. Pair him up with some pages and slap some [card]Regeneration[/card] on him and go to town. Good times.

Nope Im not new, just now Im more consistent. I have been on and off eredan for a year. And I didnt buy feez so building a deck was very frustrating especially in the old marketplace. But now Im back and steady and I buy feez now and have alot of cards to play with, it makes the game more worth it.

Only complaint though is that man, my hit for hit doesnt proc. Maybe its a glitch im not sure, but when I get hit, it doesnt give me those points in my attack in return. Its making me quite angry.

It's funny you say that because i just sold 2 of my top tier decks, and now im saving up for a super original deck, it's gets so boring seeing the same thing over & over, aswell as playing the same thing over & over!

It gets very boring. Everyone racing to get the most common top elo decks for their guilds and where's the originality. We all know what the top tier decks look like, how they play, soon as you see one you know whats in it, how it's played, and whether or not you can beat it or you will get destroyed. Where's the decks that make you go "hmmm..." or "what the hell is this!" something fresh is all I would like to see.

By the way, Hit for Hit works off any damage you take, even self-inflicted.

If you use Hit for Hit and get damaged multiple times BEFORE YOU ATTACK, you will notice your attacks do 1 extra point of damage for everytime you got damaged.

I'm pretty sure there's no bug with Hit for Hit.

Nice to see that my deck even made it in the english forum. Last Man Standing is my creation. Even the name. It's very funny playing it as long as u dont face mages, what's very common since the Noz/Koto update last Wednesday .
