Fantastic trophy bug

It is said to win 10games with killing opponent char with each our character..
I was doing well just now.. winning 12games already, full n qualified for the trophy, but its weird cause my trophy still show (9/10) and tomorrow is the deadline..

Is it bug that forbid me from getting my trophy? anyone experience this situation can share it with me?

I hope any staff can check if its bug from there n grant me my qualified trophy..

U can check in my status, I've win quite few time with my Heartsap deck to get this trophy.. and I've calculated n fulfill its requirement..

same here, mate... i already got around 12 wins and haven't got the trophy... besides that, the trophy room "vanished"...

what's the story?
