Yes you are right that would be a bit too much. Then it should be activated by damage from opposing characters and items only.
Regardless 4 damage is pretty decent for a chain card.

The best nerf for ecstasy would be to take into account only damage dealt by the opposing characters.

Eredan will be 2 years old in a few days. I can't help but wonder what cards will be released about this time next year since the OP-ness seems to have been greatly accelerated in the last months.

The fights are really long (turn 15+) but I have a 100% win rate.

I remember a post where the way the drop rate works was explained.
Imagine you have a number of boxes, let's say 100, 10 have rare cards, 20 have uncommons and 70 have common cards. (the ratio is just an example). When you win your first game you open a box and have 99 left.
Probably the boxes for this adventure are more valuable.

I also got Vanish and Shadow Master so I guess the key is to just keep trying. I remember an temporary adventure where I was getting only crap cards but towards the end I got manipulation and drowning.

It seems the drops from this mission are great - I've gotten wild buds, fragment of chimera, kusanagi foil and zahal (crap but it's rare) so here is a cheap deck and strategy that will win without much hassle.

Tactics - try to equip an oath of faith in the first three turns. The turn you kill his first form it is advisable to have heal the guardians, divine light and the parchment in your hand. Use the parchment immediately afterwards on his second form.
For his third form play defense cards only when you are in danger of being KOed, otherwise play heal and lamentations.
When the 4th form comes up just discard until you get the parchment again.

In a lot of games I finished with all characters over 10 HP, sometimes even over their max HP.

I think for the water misson the spells played against the solarian do not count and for the fire mission the spells played against the tree do not count.

I find the changes excellent except the removal of a min price which was very good for paying players since it forced the rich players to buy the new cards at a high price if they wanted to use them.

I'll give an example.

Ripper level 3 - 10 cards for sale and they don't sell - max price remains the same.
Pythia level 3 - 0 cards for sale, no transactions - max price is raised by 30%

I'm sure we would all love to check these facts. Problem is we don't have access to them.

Also I am not sure if an analysis of the top 50 decks is relevant for the ELO mode. Basically you are making an analysis on a group that represents less then 1% of the ELO players which in their turn probably represent much less of the player base. (who might be interested in ELO if the variation was bigger)
I have a decent card pool and I find discard to be the easiest way to progress in ELO even though I get stuck in the 1700 zone.

The event is really easy if you don't care about your ELO score.
But the best thing about it is the double xp bonus. Remember the long, grindy, tedious  level up process - double xp bonus is the cure.
I have quite a few unleveled cards but by Wednesday all of them will be fully leveled.

In the same way it would be cool too see a double crystals bonus. (maybe after a harder event)

Wow. This post is really amazing.
You completely forgot what Eredan was like before adventure mode was released. Just the fact that you get free cards from beating the bosses was a huge (and I still feel it's an understatement) improvement for free players.
Not only that but so far you can get all the cards for free! You just have to keep playing.
I have all the adventure cards, except the marauder weapon from the arena and the pint, and I only paid for the nehant and arena adventure so I really don't see how your arguments can be valid.
