... why ice barrier gives +2 armour for everyone when Ishaia plays it? I know that she's supposed to get +1 to spell effects played by her, but they're not supposed to include AOE, and as far as I'm concerned, something that affects more than one character should be considered an area of effect!
Maybe my issue is more with the Ice Barrier spell itself. It says that all your characters gain defense +1, but it's not considered an AOE spell. For that matter, there are a number of spells that affect all the opposing characters or all of your characters in terms of stat manipulation, and they aren't considered AOE.
And yet Divine Light, which also affects all your characters, IS considered an AOE (I know it's a theurgy, but still). There's a discrepancy here that I don't understand. Why do some spells that affect everyone have the AOE nomenclature, while other don't?
Interesting, I haven't left any games recently...
If you think that's weird, The Claw has 4 arms in her 3 evo, but only two in every other one... including her 4th and last one...
Is it supposed to give 3 exp and 13 crystals now?
I've found that she does the healing when she gets hit rather than at the end of the fight...
It's summer. My guess is that people are on vacation or something. I expect it to pick up again in the fall...
The Quest says "You earn 1 point per damage suffered by the opposing characters." Healing should be irrelevant since they still take the damage...
So, I'm supposed to get 1 point for every point of damage I do to the opponent (at least that's my understanding of it...). So why is it that I had 56 points before the fight, did 75 points worth of damage (according to the score after the fight), and I only have a total of 106? Where did the other 25 points worth of damage go?
Seems to be working properly for me now. Thanks!
I don't think it's limited to temple guardian cards either. Another card that hasn't been working out is ...is good offense. I got +4 damage on the card and only received 3 points at the end of the game (as well as the tomb/grave combo issues).
Thanks for taking a look at things. We know you're working hard to fix the issue, and we really appreciate it. Just wanted to help to identify all the cards that are causing issues.
Thanks again!
Not sure if this is the right place for it, but over the past few days, every time I go into the marketplace, the whole thing slows down ridiculously, and crashes on me more often than not (message: flash plugin has crashed).
Interested to know if it's a problem on my end, or something that everyone is experiencing. I'm running firefox 3.6.17, and yes, my flash is up to date.

Ok, that makes sense
I don't think you can give crystals to someone either....
That sucks. I guess I'll have to revamp my deck to make sure at least one of them survives then...
I'm confused... what are you trying to say?
Well, yes, it is a way for people to build decks for you, which is kind of the point of the deck and strategy forum.
But yeah, I really don't see how you plan to give someone else a card. And the shady part comes in the fact that you never specified what the reward card would be, even if you were somehow allowed to give people cards...
I love going up against top zil decks with a priest deck. Spiritual Duel Anyone?
It says:
Attack +2
Crow: Activates immediately.
The physical damage you deal to your opponent becomes magic and is reduced by his Spirit instead of his Defense.
Dual Wield: Wakizashi
The fact that the magic damage description is placed on a separate line from the Crow activation description implies that it has nothing to do with being a crow. Otherwise, it should only be dual wieldable with a wakizashi if you are a crow as well, which is not the case.
If it is meant to do magic damage only if your character is a crow, I would suggest changing the wording to something like:
Attack +2
Crow: Activates immediately and causes the physical damage you deal to your opponent to become magic and is reduced by his Spirit instead of his Defense.
Dual Wield: Wakizashi
It would also aid in gaining the exterminator trophies...
So, I have a wonderful suicide temple guardian deck that does fairly well and makes good use of the "this tomb...will be your grave" combo. However, I've noticed (or I think I've noticed) that the damage I do to myself is added to the opponent's final score at the end of the fight.
For instance, let's say Ahmid lvl3 uses that combo on an odd turn. He gains +9 attack, but loses 6 health in the process, and what seems to be happening is that this -6 health is added to the opponent's score at the end of the fight.
Is it supposed to work this way? I was always under the impression that the opponent's score should be based on the damage HE does, not the damage you do to yourself.
This would also be relevant to The Pack decks and other cards which cause you to lose health in order to gain either attack, defense, or extra cards (hungry void).
Could someone clear this up for me? The point of running a suicide deck is to have higher points than the opponent at the end of the fight - I don't really want to help them get points in the process...
In which case, the complaint should be that telendar is the OP card, not assassination
Think of Ice Shield as damage that cannot be reduced
They've always had that system in place. In order to sell cards you need to purchase a booster every 3 weeks I believe. Do you have access to free feez options where you live? Get a small 4pack booster with some free feez. Problem solved.
