Feez Purchase Problems
I just tried to buy £5 worth of Fee'z just to get a little bit towards the event, now I got a receipt from paypal saying the payment had been sent and gone through, I also checked my bank account which confirmed the payment had come out of my account but in game I have not yet received my Fee'z, Normally I would just be patient for a few days but with the event finishing soon I am hoping to get it ASAP, this is the first time I've had these sort of problems with purchases on here
I checked my in game purchases and It doesn't list one for today for some reason.

Hi, have you send a ticket to the support ? If not, can you do it ? Don't forget to provide us with the maximum of data you can. If you have already did it, just wait. We're doing our best.
