Eredan on Windows 8?

Has anyone tried playing this game on Windows 8 via touchscreen?

I really want to get one of those super-cool new convertible Ultrabooks, but if I cannot play my games on there, then that would be, well...super uncool.

I have windows 8, do I have a touch screen? No, I can't see why it wouldn't work, but I also can't really see much of the point, especially considering I could see how it might screw up...
