Regarding January lottery

the winner gets 10 ex-libris signed by the eredan team... so what is an ex-libris?

There are 10 ex-libris to win, so 10 winners, not only one.

In our case, the ex-libris is more related to European comics ex-libris : Image printed, numbered and signed by the author.
For example, the early buyer of the artbook received this :
