Precognition

Has anyone tried this out against The big Nehant boss? I'm not entirely sure when this takes effect, it could be before his effect or might not even have an effect if the character is dead. I normally like to try out new cards and ideas to beat bosses but this is a new card and is going for 4k a piece and I'd rather wait until it goes down to buy some if it's even worth it. So. Anyone tried yet?
