[solved] Subscription Benefits

It has been a week in a half and i have not recived one benifit from being subscribed eredan has took my money out of my account but have never gave me anything in return free week my butt, Who do i talk to get this resolved so i can get my free week and time after.

This is a conditinal agreament and i expect if i hold my part of the agreament, for them to hold up on there side too.

Open a ticket in the support with the "contact us" button in your mailbox in game.

How long does it take for them to look in to it it has been 2 days and its still "open"

now it is 4 days how long dose it take for a response cause i still got a subscription with no benefits

now it is 7 days even if i reported the day of free week of subscription i would of had to unsubscribe before i was able to recive benifits because of the charge.
SO is this a SCAM that your running to take peoples money, cause i still have a ticket open for 7 days not answered or fixed

I have paid i just want the service that was promised so i can get my money worth or at least a reimbursement

I been patiantly waiting but it been over a month and i still have not recived anything but people telling me they will look into it if it wasnt ???fixed??? shouldnt you know if it was fixed this is time consuming checking up the status of my problem and has made me not even want to play the same way i use to even logging in is more of a aggravtion then a enjoyment.

Presently with the informations you provide us, we don't find any subscription on your account.

So, resend a ticket to the support with all the data you can provide us: nickname used for the subscription, the starting date of your subscription and since when did you have problem with this subscription.
