Powder Sniper in the Crystal Storm

So - I do not have the cards needed to make this deck work... Specifically [card]Puncher[/card]

But the idea is to make a powder weapon Sniper deck mixed with [card]Crystal Storm[/card] Compendium deck

Characters:
[card]the Pythia[/card] - or other Compendium
[card]archmage anryena[/card] - or other Compendium
[card]Bramamir renegade[/card]

Cards:
[card]Crystal Storm[/card]
[card]Puncher[/card]
[card]p.l.o.p.[/card]
[card]Dragon's Wit[/card]
[card]supplying[/card]
[card]Flames of the Phoenix[/card]
[card]Compendium Secret[/card]

basic play would be build up powder with Renegade and Dragon's Wit, wear down foes with Crystal Storm, use Puncher and Plop to snipe at low health targets. 

Thoughts?

I would prefer spell based sniper. Drowning and sliding come to mind.
