Ziloween event bugged?

Ok, so I have this problem: I play a mask or two, and in later turns put on [card]28 Zombies Later[/card] for those big points. Which randomly fails to work. Got points 2 times, failed to get 3 times, then got once again. Seems that it is bugged if it is played in last turn - and isn't that the purpose of the card? Last-second save?

hmmm actually the 28 zombies card is supposed to give you 10 points and this just once

the same like in all the other WTs (since act 6) before there are 3 cards that would give you 10 points each for using them once
