Looking for a good-cheap deck

So, i'm a free player. Thus i wanted to know which  would be the best deck i can build without buying any feez.
From what i read, some possible decks are: snipers, crows, demon hunters, whitchblades, trackers and tsoutai.
What do you think?

Out of those trackers are the cheapest. Crows may be second but their claws are pricey.
