Did I missed something?
Recently I stated seeing various warriors using spells. Did something changed and I missed it? There were some changes in the game mechanics that allows warriors to use spells?

Is it PURE WARRIOR and HUMAN, if YES... what happened...
If NO, they can..

if the warrior have mage on its class or they are guemelites...
They can cast spells.

Warriors can use spells if they are guemelite, but only elemental spells of their guemelite type.
For example, Dragon Guemelites can use Draconic Spells, but cannot chain like a mage can, unless it's stated on the card.

Being a Guemelite is probably the explanation...
I saw for example Ydiane (Elfine - Nature Guemelite) playing Magic Poison. What would be other spells that she can play? Can she play Wild Buds for example?

Yep she can as Wild Buds is a Nature Spell.

Yep she can as Wild Buds is a Nature Spell.
She can also play [card]Double Clay[/card], if that's the type of thing you like doing.
