Mutiny and charge

I played [card]Mutiny[/card] against an opponent who had 2 [card]Charge[/card] cards attached to their characters, and they kept the bonuses even though they were no longer Kotoba.

No bug here.
The card is activated when the characters were Kotoba.
The bonus is not reactivated at each turn but only at activation time.
So the bonus stays until the card is discarded.
