Help about my courtesan lightning mage deck?

I am creating a courtesan-mage deck.Here's what i have thought:

Characters:
[card]Mylad[/card]
[card]The Marquis[/card]
[card]Doyen Verase-Counsilor[/card]

Cards:
3x[card]Diplomatic Message[/card]
3x[card]Attracts Lightning[/card]
2x[card]100000 Volts[/card]
[card]Lightning Bolts[/card] lvl3
2x[card]Rain of Death[/card]
[card]You Wouldn't Dare[/card]
3x[card]Propriety[/card]
[card]Confab[/card]
3x[card]Manipulation[/card]

I have second thought about The Marquis. Perhaps it's better if I switch him with [card]Councilor Ishaia[/card] and put some control cards in, like [card]Overwhelming Victory[/card] and [card]The Council's Decision[/card] and some [card]Cloning[/card]s. I don't know if this deck would work well with Ishaia not being pirate.
Do you guys like this deck?Should i use Ishaia and her control cards or not?

first world problem

Mylad and ishaia dont have any guild in common
so they cannot put in same deck

how about thunder mage instead of courtesan
dont have to change your char
try this
-3 propriety
+1 mastery
+3 arraignment
-1 100000 volts
+1 brawl
+3 spark things off

1 council banner or cheksaet vision also good
and the hungry void (too expensive)

I guess you're right about ishaia not being able to be on the same deck as mylad...What if i switch mylad with ishaia?
