Yeah, I have noticed this aswell.
she did heal normally last week, but now she doesnt heal at all even when wielding 2 dual wield weapons.

She heals, but there is a visual glitch.
If you look carefully the HP of Urakia after a hit, she loose 1 HP less than she does (i.e. she heals 2 HP where she should heal only one)
So this point is corrected when she leaves the combat, just as the same time she heals 1 HP for the weapon. So you see nothing change. But in fact, she has healed 1 HP.
Take care of the HP before the hit and after the hit, you will see I'm right.
