Shulong (non-boss) ability activation order

hey, I just recently took notice that [card]Shulong[/card] decides weather to use a physical attack or a magic attack BEFORE the bonuses and reductions to traits are negated. I noticed this against Verace's Reflection since whenever Shulong would fight him while Verace had 2 [card]Double Clay[/card]s attached, he would only deal about 1-2 points of damage. The negation to bonuses and reductions should start before even choosing cards as opposed to after like it seems to be doing right now.

No bug here.
The words of a card is activated in the exact order of the text.
