Chimera and its lineage

If i remember correctly, for upgrade unique card,
1. We cannot put another copy of its previous lineage, correct?

e.g. if i add lightning bolt lvl 3, i cannot add another lightning bolt lvl 1 nor 2

but i see deck contain 1 chimera and 2 draconian sword.

2. Draconian sword is previous lineage. Am i missing something?

3. If that is intended because different name, with it work with 2 last word and 1 last action?

Draconian sword is considered as a catalyst.
The lineage is [card]fragment of chimera[/card].

If you come back to your example, you are able to put 3 static charge with your ligthning bolt level 3.

Lineage is not authorized and catalysts are.
