Subscription issue

Hi!

Yesterday there was some issue with my account on Paypal and payment was not performed. And as a result today I didn't get new free daily card.

In subscription properties on Paypal I see that the Subscription is still active and the next payment will be only at Oct 1, 2012.

What I can do with this situation? Can I make unplanned payment?

Hi,

You'll have to contact the support. If they take too much time to answer you, you can mail me the ticket number so I can try to speed things up.

My issue is not resolved.

Why ticket was closed?

I checked Paypal one more time and see that the subscription is Active.
I send Paypal screenshot to support@feerik.com yestarday.

What will be at Oct 1, 2012? Did the payment will be performed?

Even though they say that there payment will not be performed, it was today.
And I got 5 cards, when logon into Eredan.

Next payment will be at Oct. 3, 2012.
So I think all is okay now.
