Clan level Card Store

So every one is aware of the player level card store where you can buy [card]Crown of the Border[/card], the [card]Emerald (slightly better than Short) Sword[/card], and the currently unavaliubl to any player [card]the Door To infinity[/card]. 

To even buy these cards you have to be a particular level. 

Please consider a new set of 'buy cards' but limited by your Clan level, instead of your personal level.
