ELO Trophies

what trophies/prizes can I get from reaching certain elo points?
thanks

1600 elo weekly gives me 1000 crystals and 50 exp card

is there a price for reaching 1700, 1800 etc? what are the prizes?

If you go to your trophy room, you can see what every trophy you can get/have gotten yields.
