I was looking to subscribe to your game earlier today as i am a regualr paying player threw Kongregate, however whilst trying to subscribe i found a ton of problems. Kong holds my password for Eredan and so i do not use this password but require it to subscribe so i go to your site and try to retrive it to be told that it is "impossible"... so what do i do now? I have looked threw your forums to find others have asked this previously to which you never answered, could i please have an answer and a resolution to this problem. Thanks

I also can't subscribe. When I click the link (in the middle of the page), it opens a new tab and it stops loading at about 50%.
I found nowhere else where I could subscribe. I belive it may be because I log via Facebook. Is there a way I can have my account separated from Facebook?

With your facebook connection :
- go to your option (click on your in game avatar or on the small icon in the bottom right of the screen),
- define a password,
- disconnect from the game
- go to the official site ( http://itcg.eredan.com )
- connect manually with your id and your password.

Et voilà

I don't say that the subscription link will work properly, but you can try.

It depends of your geographical area.
Some countries have trouble to subscribe.

For me it worked 3 days ago. The problem was that my Paypal account was suspended (they found a "strange" payment) and I needed to provide informations on Paypal.

With validation and such it took 3 days for my account to reactivate, but now i don't have this issue anymore.

Maybe try to login on paypal website and check if your account is "limited acces". If it is you have to provide informations (like me) and if it's not doh .

I'm from Canada.
I might be mistaken but I don't think it is a geographical problem. It is not related to my payment method, the page just won't load.
-Click on the link
-Browser opens new tab
-See the Eredan logo go from left to right
-Then the crystal starts to fill up (loading) but stops at 50%.
Nothing else happen.
Is this page geo-localized?

The majority of players who have this problem are from Canada.
It's why it seems geographically related.
French don't have this problem, European in general don't have this problem, South Americans in general don't have this problem, US users in general don't have this problem.
But lot of Canadians have this trouble.

Okay. My first subscription is okay. So after that I unsubscribe it just to test it out. It is fine as well. Now I tried to subscribe again but for all my life I cannot get to the link to set up subscription. Can anyone tell me the process again? Do we need to follow the link in the forum?

When a trouble is for all people from one country, perhaps it is normal to think the trouble comes from the country and not from the game.
