Psalms ability not affecting Crystal storm

I played a game earlier and the damage from crystal storm appears to bypass psalm's -2 to magic damage suffered.

Its a misunderstood...

The -2 magic damage is only for Kotoba Warriors, exemple: [card]Asajiro[/card], the character must be Kotoba and Warrior, not only kotoba... For Sap is Hom'chai, do you use a deck like this?
