Sometime ago players started a "war" against other player who where "cheating" at Amnezy tournaments.(stop) I wan´t something really clear here and if i´m mistaken i wan´t a staff member to please come here and answer this, NO i don´t whan´t guys like Sapphoon who just link the Forum with the Staff i whan´t guys like Cian... u know my favourite artist . Now the question. Were in the Eredan iTCG rules says that no player as the right to support a friend at a tournament by sacrificing is own score?
Seriously that rule exists? I don´t think so but please come here and explain it to me.

Now lets change this a little.

Like every game in the world and Eredan iTCG is not an exception they´re aimed by hackers. We don´t have hack insurance at this game -.-... but shouldn´t it be a fact at the game rules? I don´t know this section but please some one needs to tell me were is the place were i can find info bout this topic here because i´m pretty sure it exists and it ain´t only me but other players complained about it. But guess what this problem is under something like "cheating in amnezy tournament! wich i think doesn´t exist in game rules. Wich is more important? Protecting the gamer account or Suspending players who "cheated" by helping their friends winning a tournament wich nowadays is completly insane? I´d talk about the tournaments and stuff here but gives me alot of work and i can´t loose to much the topic here so let´s get back to business.

That´s it, the staff clearly choosed. Now i have an example from my clan. A friend of mine who doesn´t play elo since January received this message... what ? The dude doesn´t play elo anymore? If this makes sense please explain it to me because i ain´t the one who made the game so i feel like a dumb...

Revising old tournaments... God when i saw that i laugh and i was angry at the same time, why should old tournaments come into discussion here? What happened in the past stays in the past i think the only thing the staff could do here is implement the rule and move on, what u ein from this suspension? I think less that you imagined. I´m not defending cheaters, and i´m not saying i didn´t help a friend once or twice, it happened to me too, there where tournaments were i got stuck because of cheaters, there was a tournament i didn´t receive my reward because my account was hacked "and the staff hasn´t send me the damn letter wrote by themselves bout my Solaris". This is me talking in passive mode, i think what´s wrong here is the staff trying to control the players, some said to me we won´t talk because they will ban our accounts... i said they won´t i they don´t wanna do it, for someone who payed for this game and sees is investment go down threw the ages i think they have the right to be really mad bout it.

If the staff doesn´t care bout what we think we really have a problem here, u make the game but we keep the game alive. (some will say i´ll get banned from this) i´ll laugh at their faces because i feel it´s my right to come here and defend this community "talking for those who can´t speak or they´re afraid".

I'll just say this : where does it say you can play as a team in a solo player tournament. Did you see "team tournament" mentioned anywhere ?

We've directly and indirectly warned your teammates at least 2 or 3 times. If they still want to abuse, that's their choice. But there's no point in complaining.

I´m alking bout rules... u know that thing that defines a society from another? there will be always theaves "hackers" but those who help themselves to reach a final goal ain´t against the rules. I have nothing against you sapphoon but i just whan´t something working at teh staff who can explain this to me. Also u said thei where warned? Read again, a friend of mine hasn´t playing elo till January, when u warned then? it has pasted 7 months till he left elo and still he gets suspended, and i´m not covering anyone i clearly said that at the post, but the same way u suspended should be the same way u´d warn them.

If Feerik has no Problems, that some players help each others, why did they made the change, that you only get half of the elo of you win vs the same person again and again? Right, because they dont want ANY teamwork in this tournaments.

what isnt stated isnt in the rules
what is stated as a rule is a rule

even in real life
when a rule or law is created it is first announced to the general public, then deliberation amongst the initial set of peers (congress or the players), when approved in this set it is then sent to a group with higher stature (senate or staff) then sent to the highest official of the land (president, king, owner in this case feerik) when approved it is then drafted and posted for 15 days in publication (gazette or forums) after 15 days it becomes a law or rule.

a new law or rule can repeal an existing law or be new law in itself. if it repeals a law then it is stated in its face that it repeals an existing law. if it is a new law it is taken as is.

laws are not intrinsically retroactive.

if a new law decreed that all who uses a pencil will be jailed. does that mean that my grandfather who is an engineer will be jailed?

but it intrinsically ascribes that since there isnt a law that probits the use of pencil that people can use a pencil

but then a law can be retroactive only when it is retroactive.

the issue in the olympics is akin to point shaving which is not clearly called point shaving in the rules but is somewhat described and ascribed in their ibids.

im not directly affected by this issue "cheating in ELO" as i have yet to progress to playing in ELO. its just that what if some other scenario likening to this one occurs in the near future that could affect me even if i wasnt involved...
what if it was you or some other player...

rules ought to be laid out.
if new rules were to be implemented then they ought to be implemented progressively not regressively.

since they are into making new rules why not lay everything on the table so that rules are rules.
