Don't put any items in your deck that are pulled by character abilities.
I'm not sure but either the abilities of the bosses take effect first, or at least you need to start first in order to have your characters trigger their abilities first.
Put items that are pulled by their own effect, like Light and Shadow Shield, Ra's Broken Sword, Corrupted, etc.
I used Xin the Ironbringer + Asajiro + Kaes the Protector with Light and Shadow Shield in the deck and barely got dented.

Yeah I finally beat it...rest seems easy, but for some reason I can't get elemental.

anyone got " Water Elemental" from toxik ? coz it don't like farming the Water Elemental himself coz i only win against him with a lot of luck =P

i got it from toxik, but the spear i only got it on the elemental

The second Toxik also drop the Toxik Staff.

yeah i was just asking again coz i've been fighting toxik like mad and he still haven't drop the water elemental card ... another confirmation will just be better (for me), not that i don't believe Zurga or whatever ...

So I'm not alone after all!! I got harpoon from the 4th boss in my first try & then working on the 5th boss (toxic) using Corrupt Deck all the day but only got 1 crap common card each time ... no Water Elemental at all it's been more than a dozen already

Guys i am failing miserably against the elemental
I got him to 4hp and 6hp with demonic portal but it was luck (or bad luck) cause the tries after those were simply insane, he proc'd the damn 50% chance skill all the time!

After that i tried a SARAH + crafts a couple times as well and he 1-shot my crafties (again proccing the 2 attacks skill).
What deck have you used to beat him, other than avalonian?? I do not have an avalonian deck and everybody that posted pictures seems to be using Aelide so far

EDIT: Just after this QQ post i gave it a shot on my Ice Elves and guess what?

As a reward, i got the harpoon and a favor... no character.

The Deck is a basic Ice Elf: Ursyd, Ayir and Kokrem. 3 Icy Auras, 3 Frostbites, 3 Frost Pillars, 2 Rings, 1 Agmundar's Rage, 3 It is time but i removed amethyst blizzard and northern lights and used 2 good omen + 2 picnic, as the boss has 3 spirit and i need to survive long enough to kill it with frostbites
I got the initiative and Ursyd had an icy aura on him at start and i had 2 in my hand. I took the risk and equipped them all on him. Luckily the boss didnt use a spell on 1st turn. I used a favor on turn 5 just to make sure i'd win but he didnt even damage me with physical attack.
Hope someone reads and actually helps

I think the elemental card is a myth!!!! I've fought the last two fight on 2nd floor like 20 times each, and all i got was the harpoon, and a bunch of useless cards lol. oh well..and that elemental fight is EVIL sometimes. well anyways hope i get it soon. =/

But i already have the staff from 1st floor, i just want the damn water elemental, its not dropping... i'm using all my energy on Toxik since yesterday, 100% win and just uncommons -.- best i got so far was a Urakia

What i notice is that most times he drops only 1 card
