The Door to Infinity BUG

I think "The Door to Infinity" card is bugged

since i don't have Screen Shot on the computer im on, I'll just type the card info.

The Door to Infinity

Spell Mental - Unique

Description: All the cards attached to all the characters are discarded.
For each cards discarded, one of THE characters selected at random suffer 1 direct damage point.

As highlighted in capital above, the card says "one of THE characters selected at random suffer 1 direct damage point. I'm assuming it should also have a chance to deal the direct damage to opposing characters but as far as I have used the card it only deals the direct damage to MY characters ONLY.

Is it a text error and the card is working as intended or is there really a bug with this card that it doesn't have the chance to deal the DD to the opposing characters as well?

If you read the French text of the card (http://wiki.eredan.com/index.php?title= … ts_epiques) , it is said "one of your character" => "un de vos personnages" so i don't think it's a bug. Maybe a mistake on the English wording of the card

thank you for clarifying. That answers my question then.

Anyway, I guess they should change the text in English version to "one of YOUR characters at random suffer 1 direct damage" to avoid confusion.
