Saphyra and Direct damage
The direct damage increase by saphyra the zil is not applying to many new cards such as hidden blades and master assassin
i can understand that this was not Eredan's intention to make many more direct damage cards but the coding should still be applied to these.

sure? cause i think it works fine for me... it shows -2 but gives -3 if played by another char then saphyra

It is the mechanism of increased or decreased damage.
the number of damage written is the normal one without applied by the effect increased or reduced damage. it is not the same as increase or reduce attack.
If you use [card]Stirring up hatred[/card](increase 1 damage), if it is written -5 it will be -6 on calculation
same as you use [card]To The Rescue[/card] if you have 1 character left, if it is written -6 it will be only -5.
