Who should win?
if two players' characters are all dead, and the total score is a tie, how is the winner calculated? wouldn't it be a tie? anyway, I'm posting it here assuming it's not a bug but there's another factor involved... here's the prt sc;

Are you sure the opposing characters all death?
It is written all your character death.
Not all Characters

Doesn't matter if the score is tied or even if you have more points, if all your characters are dead you lose.

Correct
Winning is based on whose character still alive or still having cards in deck
If all characters dead, winning will based on points received.
Notice if all characters dead, it will write something like this:
"All characters are all dead. You get more points than your opponent" if you win
"All characters are all dead. You get less points than your opponent" if you lose
