dark tower

what decks are you guys using to beat this i can get to ground floor left door with my wild buds deck but thats it.
i want to get the extra money for the current quest because all the cards i need to finish my current decks are 40k+ and the next deck i want to build is 120-160k depending on the market.

will a cheap discard get me the trophies?

Queen aelide + jourusien deck+ skyward boots

This is the short:
Using Aelide with good jourusien and get it with skyward boots
bring any item that increase spirit. [card]Danger in delay[/card] really help

first beat up the egg with normal damage(will take long time)
when you beat the egg already then beat the hydra
make sure you already put skyward boots
so the lvl of aelide is around 20
you can kill the hydra with one shot using triumph
yesterday Aelide just 4-5k and jorus about 1 k
you just need around 8 k if you dont have any of the card

I can't beat Dark Admirer

i think he starts using lifesyphon after facing each char once... i tried many different decks and i think that every slow deck has little to no chance because even if you can drop his corruptions he replays them from his graveyard thus giving you up to 6 corruptions in one turn.... (i went like O.O wtf)

i also think that your best chance on winning against him is a fast hard hitting deck... eclipse, zil dagger, trackers

trackers for the nehant  kotori, shui khan, hime
art of tracking, katamaru, return to the sender, transmission of knowledge are the essencial card of the deck

Golem for the bombs guy, use good jorusion and fierce lion not much card that give attack bonus to not kill it to fast, if you want to kill it fast use trackers

the hydra i used a pirates powder deck with clover, the captain and master galene

The best deck I've found for Dark Admirer is any Zil attack-deck packing at least one Dark Stone Heart and Sentence. The Pack tends to work best because of the defense buffs they can achieve over a straight Marauder deck...although I would think a Marauder deck using Disappearance, Look Away, and some unaffiliated defense boosts could do it too.

Strategy:
-Build up defensive on one character with the Stone Heart

-Give them strong attack items (like Wolf Paw or any combo of daggers that provide +5 attack or more)

-After your character has corruptions built up, use a powerful attack-chain card (Annoyance is ideal; A Warrior's Fury, Dark Fury, Six Feet Under, I Hate Mystics can all work) to lead into Sentence. The combination of doing a high damage attack + the x2-Healed nuke takes him out.

I didn't think about it when doing it, but other good setups include Distraction the turn before you go for the kill, and similar multi-turn +Attack, -Defense, +Damage-dealt cards.

Sometimes my Pack deck even takes him out BEFORE I can set up the combo at all! This makes me think that really strong, fast beatdown like Eclipse or hardcore Zil Marauders could have a fair chance at him.

well as you can see many ways seem to work... even though i consider long lasting decks a bit in a disadvantage others claim they got good results with them...

things is... if you want to go cheap i would prolly take the same train that sMuuth suggested... go for iceelves berserks and damage all out... there are no expensive cards involved such as dark stone heart, master-assasination or art of tracking

the key (imo) to win against this one is dealing damage before he starts healing himself... so dont go for iceaura... go for blizzards and all that other stuff that belongs in there...
