what are some good ways to get good cards on a budget? just buy cheap cards on market? spend 30 bucks?

spend feez (or free feez) on boosters? sell the cards you dont need...?! spend the crystals on cards you want?!
farm in AM (adventure mode)?! do daily quests!?
i dunno what you actually want to know... i think these things are rather obvious
there seldom exists a card that you can buy cheap and sell high... for this kind of business you need a high amount of starting crystalls as well as a lot of patience to observe market trends and a lot of luck to sell the cards at the right moment...
