I wonder why I can't enter the game for some reason. The screen stopped on EredaniTCG logo and wont change. I already did clearing cache and try to log in for 4 hours yesterday but no dice. Can someone help?

I used o got it too, would be good a permnent topic bout how fix it...

Well there' few steps that i aways do, if it dont work, then contat feerik:

1st: Clean Hystoric/Cache- Some information come on the " bad way " and then, get saved like this, bugged... So its just you clean your "save" and download again

2nd: Try another browser- Some browsers like Opera or Google Chrome, dont support the game as well... I'm not saying that they are bad, no its just that in some PC's or regions of the world, the game can buh.

3th: Check the intenet connection- Some troubles come from a bad internet connection, a high ping means bad, you can try to see your ping/conection speed in a speed tester google search site

4th and last: Try a program: This is when anything above goes right, you try to use a external-game program. The top notch and advisable for me and for a lot of people is Ccleaner, it fix your internet browser and Computer memory, just download the program here

Well i aways do this procedment, and on the most of time, it goes right, and just like i said, i used to got the same error, dont worry, just follow the steps

Well, I could easily play more 'demanding' games like Team fortress 2, Dragonica SEA, and Dragon Nest SEA just fine. I did everything from cache, browser to restart the cpu

There is also a specific cache to flash player that you can clean.
For some users, this specific cleaning allow to connect again when all others ideas have failed.

I ave also found a dll glitch between firefox and chrome. You may need to install/uninstall chrome to get the game to work again if you use firefox, or visa versa for chrome.

I'm getting desperate I just reinstalled chrome and delete the rest of other programs like mozilla, still can't log in.. -_-

have you tried simple internet explorer?

same thing happens to me at the start of this event... ill trace back what i did to help you a bit...

i open Firefox(eredan) then chrome the goes back to IE then open it direct on Facebook link... then it just open for me. but i cant go directly to the website... got frustrated and restart my computer and it opens

not sure whether it will help you...

first tab: eredan itcg with the not continuing login screen

now go to the forum using the forum shortcut in the upper bar on the page

once you are in the forum: use the eredan iTCG link to open another tab with the game... this will be set in french language first but you can change it...

thing is that whenever i get stuck in the login screen because the crystal is not fully loading the above mentioned way helps me to get access to the game strange as it is

Did you try to shut down any application that can mess with your connection ? (torrent client, antivirus, firewall, punkbuster-like, etc)

I'll try to shutdown those thing but no matter what I do it's the same. I even tried playing it in Internet cafe and it's still stuck in loading screen

Finnaly I can enter the game, i don't know why but i'll make this day as anniversary or something ^^
