Got screwed in the Maintence

I was doing The Ritual Quest which I had started this morning.  So I still had 7 hrs to complete it.. I was at 4 of 6 completed, and was heading to 5 when the pop up for maintenance came up.  I figured I'd try to finish it after the maintenance was finished.. I come back, and all my quest progress is gone.  Didn't get my energy back either. 

Probably can't do anything about it.

But damn, that's frustrating.

Damn timezone bug -_-

Actually you only had 1 hour to do it, not seven. If you think you would have completed it within 1 hour, you can contact the support center about it.

Curious.. How do you see that I had 1 hour?  I had started it this morning.. According to this.. (Granted, I took this just now.  Because I restarted the quest after maintenance.  But the first time I did it was just this morning, about 3 hours ago.)

It shows 7 hours 1 m to complete.  Am I missing the actual time granted?  Or did you see this on some server setting?  If it was a server setting, its incorrect and should be looked at.

I appreciate a staff member looking at this.  Its cool to know Freerik cares about their product.

There is a @#~{[^} bug with timezones that makes timers go crazy. Your timer was wrong : adventure quests are on a 1 hour timer.
And I have to go and see the devs and tell them the issue is still on X(

Ah, well that changes everything as far as strategy goes for that quest.
