I'm almost sure no one has ever dropped a special adventure reward as a random loot in PVE. some collecors can be obtainable, but I think it's only the one from previous events or from the beginiing of the game.

not really nehant shield was obtaiend through scragh event, whereas tristam is a PVE loot... (anyway, I'm absolutely not sure of what I say, it's just suppositions...)
