Its not going up simply because more of it is being available and bought on the market. Also, what did you expect? did you think art of tracking is suddenly just going to jump to 10k?
I thought it would at least move a bit, that would give some hope that the price would reach it's real value, but as or now, it doesn't seem that it's going to budge.
No need or offences, just trying to encourage making another countermeasure.

Hi there,
We've made some tweaks on the market and sell value. To sum up, we've fastened the speed of the upper limit's raise, and we've made the selling price range bigger. The direct result should be a double of the price at which you can sell some cards (like Art of the Tracking), and this price should be going up really faster now.
We're still monitoring the situation, but if you notice anything strange, feel free to tell us.
art of tracking is still rare as ever, but the price of other staple and essential cards have risen because of the fastened speed of the upper limit's raise.. sigh

Offers on the market 0.
This makes me think about a different angle - there are too few cards created compared to the number of players.

it is not Nothing
it is there is already someone with sell that and bought at a time
